Lewis Welding utilizes the Virtek LaserQC® System.  This machine is Reliable and Accurate.  Virtek uses a  Non-Contact inspection system that quickly and automatically performs inspections in seconds Laser QC is used as a rapid inspection system that employs lasers to measure the accuracy of two and three-dimensional parts to tolerances within 0.25mm (0.010 inches).

Virtek LaserQC verifies system calibration before each scan to ensure repeatable accuracy. By pinpointing errors immediately, you reduce scrap and rework and improve profitability.

Virtek LaserQC captures more than 500 data points per second and is accurate to within 0.05mm (0.002 inches). In addition, by using the Laser QC we can ensure top notch quality control.
